To work with us on a bespoke commission we require your full details, including but not limited to; your name, address, email and telephone number. Other information may include but is not limited to; your budget, commission details and ideas, reasons for the order and other design lead information. We currently do not accept payments through our website but ask that payment for commissions are made by bank transfer.

Our goldsmiths are given designs for your bespoke commission to ensure that your order can be met. Your personal information will only be given to goldsmiths if it is intrinsic to the design.

In all situations, the third parties are working on behalf of Nevill Argyle and are working in accordance with this Privacy Policy and are not allowed to use or forward your information. For marketing purposes, we keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed from our e-marketing database. If you have asked to be removed from our e-marketing a record will be kept to confirm this. 

If you have registered for a commission with Nevill Argyle your information will be kept until you ask to be removed. Your information will be stored if  you have enquired, requested or have commissioned a piece of jewellery for as long as necessary.
